We stayed in the ground floor property with garden easy access to different areas in the hotel, lovely friendly staff staff especially in the dinning area very nice and helpful waiters. special thanks to Hasan and his team in the Buffett resturant and kingslla the house keeping young sweet little lady. thank you everyone for being so kind and helpful and making it a wonderful memorable holiday miss you all coming back in augest to meet everyone again .
Nice hotel in a central location. Delicious food, drinks are ok. Most of members of staff are very welcoming, nice and friendly, regardless if you don't tip them or not. Great entertainment team. We had a nice spacious room with separate living area and huge balcony (room 172). Unfortunately it was opposite to disco clubs with loud music all night every night and we changed rooms after 3 nearly sleepless nights. Second room (237) was much smaller and didn't have separate living area, but it was very quiet and we slept well. If you are a sensitive sleeper, avoid rooms facing main road and clubs. Very quiet and lovely private beach area. Majority of guests are French and most of entertainment is in French, which can be frustrating if you don't speak French. Several tortoises and plenty of cats on hotel grounds, which is great for children☀️
My Wife and I have just returned from a 10 night trip to Agadir for our first time. We have nothing but good to say. The room was spacious, modern with fridge safe smart tv, shower room with powerful hot shower and all facilities you would hope for. The room was cleaned daily and the whole hotel was spotlessly clean. Towels were changed daily and bedding when required. You could pretty much get food all day from 7am breakfast. A good range of fruits,cereals,breads and the chef would prepare omelette or eggs of your choice. Fruit juices and lovely Moroccan mint tea plus choice of other teas and coffee. Lunch was a huge variety of foods all beautifully cooked and nice and hot in the serving turines. Once again chef would be cooking fresh sardines on the bbq or a variety of meals. Totally spoiled for choice with desserts from homemade cakes, biscuits, ice cream or fruits. Evening meal was usually themed ie Moroccan night with a variety of tajines and flavoured rice. Fish day consisted of beautiful king prawns cooked on the bbq and a choice of other local fish. The soup was served at evening meal and always piping hot. One of the things that made the holiday for us was the animation team. They work so hard and always keep a smile on their faces. During the day they have poolside activities getting the willing to join in with Zumba water aerobics and dance classes. Great fun and then in the evenings a show in the theatre. So professional with staff members joining in with staff from South America for the Salsa night. I would like to say we had a favourite show nigjt but they were all brilliant. Once the show was finished a nightcap at the poolside bar which closed at midnight and if you want another drink you can go to the bar near reception until 1am. Moroccan day consisted of dressing up and Moroccan dance lessons. We also went to Moroccan cooking glass where we were taught how to make a chicked tagine. Very interesting and mad fun by Omar. When it was cooked we all got to sample the delicious tagine. Reception staff were polite and helpful and money exchange was available but a better rate achievable 5 minutes walk to the money exchange. Located directly on the beach promenade outdoor earing was available which was lovely in the mornings watching agadir wake up. The beach was kept spotlessly clean by the beach attendanbyplenty of beds
Great hotel for the price. Good location for social aspect and access to the cable car and beach. Separate toilet to bathroom. Very generous room sizes. Easy access everywhere. Food was high quality and a general mix of choices. Great bar - with both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks.
If I could give 10 stars I would 😊 Experienced travellers. Everything was perfect and so much more. From arrival to sad departure the staff are amazing. The food was so varied, BBQ, a full beef rib, fried local fish, and the fresh fruit and salad was even different every day. Entertainment…these guys have their own theatre with cabaret every night! Yoga, aqua aerobics…. these guys never stop. We’ve never gone to the same place twice but 100% we will go back.
